Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Larger than Leif! Cozy two-room apartment on Byåsen

Newly renovated and modern two-bedroom in a quiet area of Byåsen. Bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to four adults. Only 5 minutes to walk to the tram that takes you towards the city center, or deep into the field. The apartment is sheltered and secluded in a quiet residential area. Perfect for a quiet stay with proximity to nature and city. Electric car chargers are available. Charging for a fee of NOK 75 per charge.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available Oct/Nov 2026. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
