Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. Cabin with great view near Trondheim. Lots of outdoor space with terrace, BBQ, trampoline, garden and trees (3 acres) and easy access to hiking paths in Estenstadmarka. About 65 sqm indoor space with fully equipped kitchen and dining room with view and fire place. Cozy living room, one large bedroom with amazing view, one small bedroom with access to loft bed, shower and electric toilet. No water resource: rain water from a container for washing and shower. Drinking water needs to be brought.
