Large cabin space for 2 - 3 families. Rent primarily to families (not youth groups/student associations). Large terrace with fire pit. Hiking to popular Storhornet (1589 m above sea level) and Munkvollhovden (898 m above sea level) as well as gapahuk is recommended. Cross-country ski track just 150 meters from the cabin (when there is enough snow). 15 km to the city center. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. The cabin has duvets and pillows. Size of bed see picture caption bedroom. Bed linen is to be placed on top of the beds that already have bed linen on them.

Room for 2 persons, max 3. Private kitchen and bathroom.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30 sqm. 2-4 beds: 120 cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor (90 cm) if needed. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for NOK 50 each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash kitchen utensils so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25 km away and Trondheim Airport is 7 km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5 min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Fin utsikt og solrikt. Kort kjøreavstand til sentrum. 10min med bil fra flyplass. Parkering: gratis parkering i oppkjørselen.

Fin uteområde, gode tur og fiske muligheter. En 19"ft båt, med 80hk kan leies i tilleg. Leiligheten er familievennlig og har en rolig beliggenhet. Ved behov har vi en leilighet ved siden av, med 3 senger til. Leiligheten er også full innredet.
