Pristine apartment in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Hanne's apartment. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The house is close to the start of the hike that leads to Ganastoppen. The 360° view at the top is splendid. Thank you Hanne!

The living space is comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the top of the mountain. The bus stop is a few hundred meters away. Across the street you have a beautiful view of the city, on the last evening we watched the northern lights over the house, the city and the Storsteinen from there, really very nice. For skiers (cross-country skiing), the area is perfect. In the immediate vicinity are several illuminated cross-country trails (e.g. Charlottenlund or Prestvatnet). I also liked the Tromsø Alpine Park. They are very nice hosts, I didn't have to ask any questions, as everything was already answered via the Airbnb app (code for the key box, Wi-Fi, garbage separation, access to the apartment, ...). Since it was not my first stay in Tromsø, I did not need excursion tips, but there are several brochures for this on the shelf. By bus you are in the city in about 10 minutes. The surroundings (generally northern Norway) are beautiful.

Perfect place to stay not far from the city centre. Everything very clean with new kitchen and living area. Hanne was very helpful. Good location from which you have many opportunities for ski touring within 20-50 minutes with a rental car.

My third winter stay in Vadsø. Always peaceful, scenic and quiet. My favourite place to wind down and recharge my batteries. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Aleksander’s apartment! It’s a big private house with three spacious rooms and a comfortable living room, kitchen and balconies – it honestly felt more like a villa. The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and felt like a dream. We truly enjoyed our time there and would love to come back. Highly recommended! 😊

Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

Great place. We stayed at 3 different places on our Tromso visit, and wish we would have booked this one longer. Location is outside of city proper, but very easy to drive into Tromso. Up to date amenities and generous host, very helpful and nice welcome. When we return to Trom, will book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Gunnar's apartment - what a view! The apartment is on two floors, spacious, well equipped and lovely and warm. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the outside deck. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and it's an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of town for bars, restaurants and museums. It's an 8 minute walk to Polaria bus stop for the 42 bus to the airport. We highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in Tromsø! The place was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located with a stunning view. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Roshild’s apartment is very clean, tidy, and offers a stunning view of the open sea and mountains, especially from the bedroom and the beautiful winter garden. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need – both in the kitchen and the bathroom. I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, and this place absolutely met my standards. The only small suggestion I’d make is to add a coffee machine in the kitchen. Roshild and her sister were always quick to respond and very helpful. During check-in, they gave a nice little tour of the apartment, the building, and even the underground garage. The entire complex is modern and feels very safe. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Very well located, quiet apartment, with parking included. 30 min walk to the city center and 5 min to Sherpatrappa hike. Well-equipped. Responsive host. Great stay.

A very cozy cabin with parking and a washing machine. It is a bit far from the bus station. If it is summer or when the road conditions are good, it is no problem to walk. However, because of the slope, it is not suitable for carrying heavy luggage. The host couple were very kind and responsible. They helped us confirm the correct bus information and also helped us book a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended!

5 stars is not enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay! Perfect location for outdoor adventures, especially ski touring, and also nice for just relaxing and calming down (sauna and the chill vibe of the locations helps). Lots of great tours for all conditions within a 5 to 15 minute drive. Also, Jonas, Sarah, and Lumi were outstandingly supportive and made our trip even better (which was hard because the baseline was already pretty high). Would love (and hope) to come back! Probably also a blast in the summer for hiking and biking adventures.

A peaceful place in a peaceful area. Great views from the windows. Small apartment, but not cramped. Everything is neat, excellent bed and bedding! A small minus for the lack of a coffee maker. Parking by reversing from the road into the yard was a little strange for a Finn, but easy to do. Friendly host family! I would come here again if the trip brought me to Alta.

We enjoyed our short stay at Casa Brox especially the view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Bonus point for the record player and a Pink Floyd Live album. Excellent communication with the very helpful, considerate owners.
