Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds, but it is possible to make room for one more person.

Wilderness cabin Fosen

This is the place to disconnect from work and stress. Here you are all alone in the forest with the opportunity to sleep over as well. It goes fine and sleep 4 people, but fits best for two pcs. FREE ACCESS ON DRY and NICE WOOD. 200 meters from parking. Hunting and fish are possible. - Outside kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outside shower (summer water) is also fitted for short shower lengths as I don't have unlimited water there. - mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

The kitchen is completed with an electrical oven, cooktop, integrated coffemachine, ventilator, dishwasher, refrigerator and a fridge. Ski in-ski out in the beautiful forest outside the house. Free parking for several cars in front of house. Public transport near by ( 50 meter )

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden close to the fjord and views to Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min) and the city mark is easily accessible just above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 people. Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
