This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.
