Property spans 15 acres and has many trails connecting it to the forest, including one trail that leads down to a sandy bar on the river just east of the Burnt Ranch Gorge. Fish in the pond and river- large deck with views overlooking the river as it cuts between the mountains.

It sits at the highest point in Trinity village with amazing mountain views. beautiful decks with an outdoor seating area & grill that looks over the pool so you can watch the kids. Pool deck for relaxing down below as well. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.

Come and relax with the Wild & Scenic Trinity River in your front yard. Abundant recreational activities are on site (we offer inner tubes for floating the river) and the area is well known for outdoor recreation of all types.
