Nandie's place is very nice and modern. It is near a mall with various places to eat and it's a short drive to Port of Spain. It is very accommodating with A/C, WiFi, Cable and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE. Great place to stay.

WOW...WOW...WOW!! To say this place is amazing would be an understatement and there is no one word that would describe it all! It is absolutely stunning! Our stay at Troy's beautiful home was simply perfection in every way! it is an absolute must see and must stay and I am honored to be the first guest and write this spectacular review for a place so worth it! The neighborhood: Extremely safe, relaxing, and quiet - a retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Port of Spain and Maracas Beach. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with mountain views, this place is a hidden gem and we definitely have found a treasure with this one! The host: Troy is awesome, flexible and extremely accommodating! Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was easy and he was always accessible. We had some changes with our travel dates and Troy was more than understanding and accommodating to our requests, he made everything super easy. We met Troy on the first day we arrived - he showed us the space, gave us the keys, and instantly made us feel as if his home was our home. He checked on us throughout our stay and even met him and a few of his friends out for drinks during the latter part of our stay! Troy is a real cool dude and so happy we got to spend some time to get to know more of him. The space: Incredibly beautifully designed, stylish and modern furnishings with a contemporary chic flair - this place is incredible! Open and airy with the most gorgeous natural light shining through every nook and cranny. Extremely spacious with captivating decor and intriguing pieces of art to visually indulge in. So many areas and spaces to just simply relax, enjoy, and appreciate the true beauty of this home! Every single area brought a level of peace and comfort and we were simply blown away, it was truly love at first sight. The kitchen is a dream!! Equipped with everything...and I do mean everything, for all of your cooking needs. Two large ovens, spacious refrigerator/freezer, gas stove that cooks to perfection, plenty of cabinet space, a beautiful kitchen island perfect for prepping meals with a bonus built in wine chiller! Plenty of utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and a fancy Ninja coffee maker that served us the perfect brew every single morning! The living room/TV room: sooooo comfortable! Many of days/nights we just chilled and both of these spaces were shear perfection for relaxation and/or conversations! Perfect size smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedrooms/bathrooms: Roomy and spacious with comfortable and relaxing beds for a restful night. Every room has air conditioning, a TV, and adequate space to unpack and unwind. The bathrooms are beautiful - tiled walls with glass shower doors, one of the rooms has an ensuite which is absolutely perfect. There is also a bonus room/office space with a desk and comfy couch - perfect for work or study. Outdoor area: Large and spacious! We fired up the grill one night and enjoyed the night breeze with a clear view of the stars! The patio is meant to be enjoyed and that's exactly what we did during daytime and night. How do I rate the space and our overall stay? A PERFECT 20 out of 10!! Airbnb only allows up to 5 stars for ratings but Troy's home deserves well beyond that! We were not disappointed one bit - this place does not owe us a thing!! While I would love to keep it all to myself, it would be impossible to not recommend so you too (future guests) can enjoy and experience the same amazingness we did! Troy's place is a hidden gem and we have definitely found a treasure! BOOK your stay...you won't regret a single moment of it! quiet up the valley location…..walking distance to the Savannah…….breakfast of whole wheat toast , several fruits , coffee and tea was so nicely laid out every morning …..Nadine is helpful and often offered to drive us downtown (although we loved walking , meeting neighbors and locals along the way)…….AC or fan option in bedroom…..full kitchen use…….outdoor lounge area-a lovely stay!!

this place has loads of character. Also, I liked the fact that even though you are on a hill, you are only 15 mins away from Port-of-Spain. The mountain views are lovely. Rocky, the hostess, was very attentive to my needs and guided me to a tour of Paramin. She didn't hesitate to answer my questions during my short stay. I cannot wait to return.

My stay at Babsie felt right at home. Very close to the airport and malls. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Both Babsie and Mr. Reid were both accommodating and helpful. I would stay there 1000 times more. 10 stars.

Roxanne is an absolutely wonderful host! I enjoyed staying here as it reminded me of my childhood in Trinidad and Tobago. For me this wasn’t a regular airbnb experience, I felt as though I was truly home. Roxanne has a wonderful and helpful personality and was there to help with anything I needed, she even text me sometimes to find out if I was generally ok as I travelled alone just like mom would 🥰. I would always stay here when travelling to 🇹🇹 🤍✨

Clean and secure and within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The host was great and quickly responded to any of my questions/requests. I would defiantly book again.

The Naturalist is a perfectly located guesthouse/hotel right on the beautiful beach in Castara, Tobago. It’s a stunning location with lots of great options for food within walking distance. I’m Trinidadian and this is one of my favorite parts of both islands. Within 30 mins drive there are several gorgeous beaches (Englishman’s Bay, Parlatuvier, Bloody Bay). The place itself is also great and a wonderful breakfast for guests that way better than most hotels’ continental breakfast. Be aware though that your specific room may not be like the pictures. My room was much much smaller that any of the rooms shown in the photos and while it had a wonderful view and I enjoyed it, i did feel a bit misled as it’s likely one of the smaller rooms on the property. Will stay again and I do recommend staying here. It’s a great spot.

Patricia is the best host I've ever come across! she was so sweet to make us food and show us around voluntarily! a wonderful person and neighbourhood, we had a great time & would definitely recommend staying with her & her sweet dog Whisky❣️

The location was quiet and peaceful, very convenient to get to Port of Spain or the east if you're driving. The place was represented by the pictures in the profile very well, I didn't get to enjoy the pool due to my schedule but it looks just like in the pictures. The hosts were very responsive and the breakfast option in the morning is a nice touch, they also sell drinks there during the day if you're unable to make it to the grocery and want a few items, very accommodating otherwise. Would book again.

Perfect stay! Quiet, friendly atmosphere, clean. I can only recommend it!

This was my first time staying at an airbnb in Trinidad and my expectations were exceeded. The place was spotless and I felt very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is very well done, clean and landscaped. Walking distance from the Main Road, major transport hubs, UWI, food and virtually all amenities. Host was extremely responsive, punctual and helpful. I've already made up my mind to stay at Traum House every time I visit Trinidad.

Isabelle and Jason provide a perfect welcome to their home. They are thoughtful, kind and considerate. They have a lovely swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day visiting the local area. Close by a lovely sheltered beach at Fort Granby. Don't forget to try Jason's cooking! A lovely area, the waves and the frigate birds very soporific.

I truly enjoyed my five-day stay at RicLys BnB! The bedroom and bathroom area were well sized and include a refrigerator and microwave, along with a table, two beds, and full bathroom. The backyard area is breathtaking and looks like a resort. All the pictures online match the reality of the setting. I was greeted each morning with a breakfast with calming music and a great view. The hosts set up excursions for me to enjoy during my stay, including a beach day and a waterfall hike. When I was hungry, Ric drove me to get food both in the village and in Cumana. I was picked up and dropped off directly at the airport before and after my stay. I did not need to exchange money at the airport, as the hosts exchanged money for me. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this listing if you’re looking for a relaxing short-term getaway.

Great place can’t complain just the location was a bit tricky

Villa Dash was everything we could’ve wished for and more. The property is a 10-15 minute walk from the restaurants/shops and since we did not rent a car this was important for us. There are four guest rooms on the top level of the house (which is accessed through a separate staircase entrance) with Duane and his wife living below so we had a lot of privacy. Our apartment called “Love” had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay: a medium size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, air conditioner, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and a HUGE bathroom…pretty much home away from home. The pool is as picturesque as the picture posted and we spent our last morning in Tobago lounging around enjoying the last few hours of relaxation. The trip was a birthday present from my boyfriend so when Duane heard this we were also welcomed with cake and a bottle of sweet wine. We were absolutely spoiled! Apart from the room and the accommodations, it was really Duane and Michelle (she helps them run the place) who we will forever be indebted too. Duane went above and beyond to help us figure out our Ferry tickets from Trinidad and then our return flight to Tobago. Michelle not only picked us up when we arrived but she also bought us breakfast every morning. Since we were the only guests we felt particularly spoiled as she offered to drop us off at the beach and then picked us up later in the evening. We enjoyed her company and knowledge of the island so much that we hired her as our tour guide for the day so that we could see the entire island from a local’s perspective. We were sad to leave this little oasis and can’t wait to come back in the future!

Ms Deborah and Patrice were amazing! My friend and I were scrambling to find a last minute accommodation after our other one cancelled. Everyone in the bnb was sweet with great energy. Would definitely come back and do carnival again with them!

Carol’s home was by far the most beautiful Airbnb my partner and I have ever experienced. The architecture of the home was immaculate. From the koi pond to the landscaping, the property was breathtaking. Carol and her housekeeper Abina were the prefect hosts. They made sure we had amazing breakfast and afternoon tea options. We were even given a foot massager to use during our stay. Although the property was about 25 minutes from Port of Spain and carnival festivities, Carol made sure to connect us with Steve, our driver during our stay . He was extremely professional and polite. Overall, Carol’s home is the perfect Airbnb for your carnival week stay or for a quiet vacation in Trinidad. It doesn’t get any better than her Maracas Valley property. We will surely be back! :)
