Separate family house with three rooms with 8 fixed beds with the possibility of an extra bed for an additional 8 people. The house has a bathroom with a toilet + a separate toilet. Two separate rooms of which in one have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, a common room with an LCD TV, a comfortable pull-out couch and a second room with a double bed, the third room with a children's playroom is upstairs as well as the last room with four single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

The accommodation is about 20min walk from the city center. Around the house, there are groceries, restaurants, playgrounds, and a bus stop.

Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.

Haluzice gorge and the ruins of Haluzice church are 5 mins, the observation tower Hajnica is 20min. walk from the property.

We offer accommodation in the village of Višňové. It's a house divided into 3 apartment units. Studio for 2 people has a bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The studio has a separate entry, wifi, TV. There is also a yard and parking. The studio has a toilet, bathtub, and shower. Also equipped with microwave, refrigerator and stove. The room has a double bed . We also offer apartment rental for 4 guests and rooms for 3 guests.

Its a beautiful modern house with a garden and outside sitting with barbecue. The supermarket LIDL is just one minute walk from the house. The city center is 12 mins away by walk or 3 mins. drive by car or taxi. The public parking space is 200 meters from the property. The house offers a generous 110 m² of living space, complemented by an expansive 200 m² garden, providing ample room for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
