Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the winter stadium of Pavol Demitra, the Arena of Marián Gáborík and the football stadium of AS Trenčín. The accommodation is with a plot where you have an outdoor seating with a gas grill, a kitchen fully equipped with accessories.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. My cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees.
