Beautiful cottage with beams and exposed stone. Parking and entrance into private courtyard garden with covered eating terrace and private jacuzzi. French doors into house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge is very comfortable and warm with a pellet stove for winter The river vezere is only 50 mètres from your house, excellent for canoeing, wild swimming and picnicking 2 minutes by car to the stunning medieval village of Condat. 25 minutes to most of the Pre history Unesco sites.

The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
