We rent part of our house which consists of a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom and toilet. The entrance is completely independent and separate from ours with a courtyard, outdoor space at your disposal. The house is a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 15-minute drive to the beaches. It's very easy to park in front of the house.
