Peaceful and relaxing are the key words for this apartment. Located on a one-way street, the bedroom opens to the street but there's no noise disturbance. Parking space is really great. We feel really good there. This is the second time I've rented this Airbnb and I had a great time again.

Great welcome, more than enough attention... Thierry is a lovely host! The place is perfect for nature lovers, we were able to fish in no-kill, enjoy the spa and spend wonderful moments with the family of 9. The weather was good and so we spent most of the time outside. Anaïs's accommodation is located in a peaceful environment, while being close to the shops of Ponts de Cé and the city of Angers. Anaïs and her husband have furnished their house with great taste, combining the charm of a traditional house and the comfort of a modern and functional layout. The garden is beautiful, a paradise for birds, a real plus! Check-in is flexible with the key box, it is still nice to meet Anaïs, available when needed and inexhaustible about her region! This small house is perfect for staying in Angers. It has all the listed amenities, but most of all -for those that value that- it’s in a super calm neighbourhood, ideal to relax or work without being annoyed by city noises. Friendly host as a bonus!

If you're looking for a peaceful place in the heart of nature, this is the place for you. It's a safe harbor. Isabelle's little house matches the photos, very clean, functional and well appointed. Isabelle is friendly, punctual, accommodating and responsive. I had a lovely stay at this very well-equipped and functional little house. It's true that the streets are narrow but I have a Renault Trafic and parked in the courtyard... It's very quiet and peaceful, it's nice I'm used to Airbnbs and in terms of value for money it's the best I've rented I would recommend it without hesitating

A very comfortable accommodation (three bathrooms for two bedrooms! with a sauna), spacious, with a beautiful exterior and a possible walk on the small road that borders the Authion. The hosts are extremely considerate: warm welcome with homemade cakes, friendly tips and discussions. The accommodation is very quiet and we slept very well. Everything was perfect!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
