Petronia’s place was exactly what I ordered. I wanted this visit to be very calm, peaceful and quiet so that I can relax and reset. It was perfect for just that! The beach is very much walkable and its view is amazing. Would recommend bringing snacks if you plan to stay at the beach long. Also recommend going grocery shopping to cook food unless you plan to catch taxis into town to eat everyday. There’s a restaurant next door that’s great but menu is rather pricey and not much other walkable food options. Petronia is extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool on the property is great! Especially for a night swim! Security and groundskeepers are all super friendly !

Konstyantyn and Nadia’s place was very homey, comfortable and clean. I specifically like how every room is self contained and lots of games and activities. The view was beautiful and everything was perfect for our work trip- felt like a vacation

Definitely coming back. This unit is perfect for couples. imagine sipping your morning coffee hand in hand as you take in an exquisite view of the Caribbean sea. Or taking an evening stroll through the most beautifully landscaped complex...throw in a few fresh mangoes from the trees on property . It's perfection! This is an older complex, however our hosts made all the necessary upgrades to make this feel like home.

Deya place was truly a gem. We had such a great time! It was spacious, and the staff were friendly and kind. The food was amazing! This was the first resort I’ve stayed where the food was really good. The views were spectacular. The balcony view and watching the blue ocean was the cherry on top. I will say that I would suggest to rent a car because taxi is very expensive ($150-250) and it’s also a bit far from the excursions, however you can go down the Mobay strip where they have some entertainment. Only thing is that there was some stains on the blankets and it would have been nice to have new ones but other than that I would highly recommend!

The place is perfect and for sure makes you feel at home ! Super clean. They have seasonings and condiments already there ! Plenty of towels ,paper towels , tissues… just everything you need ! And it’s decorated so cute ! Host is super friendly and responds quickly ! They even looked up things for me to do while I was there ! I will always book with them when I visit Jamaica !

AMAZING STAY. Cannot wait to come back! The original booked guest had last minute changes and had to coordinate change of names with the host who made it so easy and was super accommodating and understanding. The place was so nice and clean and spacious! The views were beautiful there was a literal beach right behind the Airbnb that was private and BEAUTIFUL. We had so much fun and it was super SAFE. As two women traveling we didn’t feel any way about the location. It isn’t walkable you need a driver or taxi but besides that, it was literally perfect. The water, the WiFi, the bathroom and amenities everything was just as described!! Thank you so much for your amazing home.

Doreen went out of her way to make sure we could find the location easily, she came to show me the place around, the place was beautiful, the cleanest apartment and pool I’ve seen in many years traveling to Jamaica! The view is breathtaking, even better than the photos!! Can’t wait to come back :)

Amazing stay! The owners were super helpful and responsive, they organized a great trip without us even asking for it! Also, it’s a gated community so as two girls traveling on our own we felt really safe there. Getting to the centre and other touristic attractions was just a few min ride. If you’re coming to Montego Bay that’s the place to stay! :)

Our stay at Jeffrey’s home was nothing short of amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend. Jeffrey is very responsive, his home is very comfortable and clean and you just cannot beat being right on the ocean and hearing the crash of the waves daily. My family was so relaxed that we did not want to leave. Stacey who cleaned the home was amazing. The house is in a small community and we felt very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. There is a beach within a 5-7 minute walk and there is a restaurant located within 2 minutes of the home. We cannot wait to return. Jeffrey can arrange whatever you are in the mood for to have a great time in Jamaica. I had a massage outside listening to the ocean waves and dozed off. If you are looking for a home that offers relaxation as well as fun look no further.

You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one ! From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. We’ll be dreaming of her meals until we return! Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this gem to everyone we know and are already counting down the days until our next visit. Rahfyah was an amazing host. He was happy to provide us with some of our meals and plenty of helpful information. Rahfyah was an excellent tour guide and shaparone when needed. He guided us through the market, took us to the beach and river and talked us through the wonderful array of plants and herbs in the local area and in his space. Rahfyah is a kind and generous person who has a nice 'sacred space' for you to relax in and maybe take part in some mindfulness.

Will Definitely Be Coming Back To Stay Every Trip, A Time Was Had And The home was beautiful and roomie, made me feel like I was at home. He Always Was very understanding and quick to respond.

This Airbnb was everything that me and my family were looking for to spend the holidays. The host was amazing with response time before coming to Jamaica and while we were there. No crowded beach or pool was also amazing. Perfect distance from grocery store and restaurants as well. I’ll look forward to booking this Airbnb again in the future.

This has been my second time staying with her. Very good host. She makes you feel at home the minute you get there, the place has everything you need as if you were at home. 100% recommended if you want a home from home!

Absolutely loved Patricia's Air B N B. Spotless, clean, warm interior space. Great amenities, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals. Great water pressure and hot water. My husband, son and I stayed nearly a week and we would have liked to stay an entire month. Patricia was very quick to respond, helpful in every way. Freeport is always one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in MoBay, 24 hour security, quiet and always feel safe. The condo unit overlooks the pool, short walk across the property to view the beautiful bay with sitting areas to watch boats coming in and out. Beach is across the street. Patricia can support you with taxi drivers and bus tours etc. but I like to have a car to get around. There is a yacht club next door serving meals and drinks with a beautiful view. The Boat House Grill is a unique experience about a mile away. If you are confident driving I would recommend renting a car. Overall I would 100% book again at this beautiful property with Patricia!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

We had a fabulous stay at Soleil! Julie and Sareika were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations and assistance in booking dinner reservations or finding a taxi. The apartment is beautiful with views of the water, nice grounds and pool. The neighborhood is very safe, a bit outside of the buzz of Montego Bay, which was ideal for us. We will absolutely be back!

Tracy's place was cozy, clean and well kept. Very easy to find and accessible as well as being close to amenities. Highly recommended!

Very Nice Location, not far from the airport beautiful grounds well kept and Especially nice because the Air BNB is on the grounds of a Resort with pool, beach, jerk chicken hut thats really good, access to restaurants, bars, spas, gift shops all right there.. you do have to pay for food and drinks if you are not an all inclusive guest...yes i will go again and yes i will stay Dacia's airbnd if it's available
