This pretty single storey house will certainly seduce you with its proximity to beaches, coastal paths and shops.(5 minutes by car). You will find a nice quiet terrace with a small garden. The location of this place is in a great location to visit the area.(Concarneau is 10min away, Pont Aven 15 min away, Quimper 30 min away) If you like walking you can directly reach the GR34 path of the house.

the GR34 hiking trail is a stone's throw away. Kersidan Beach is a stone's throw away. Quiet. No sea view. Beach 100 meters away. You can have a small dinner there. For hikers I can also offer you a packed lunch. The first shops are quite far away, on foot, after a good day of walking. parking in a public parking lot, in front of the studio; parking open 24 hours a day.
