I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for my arrival. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and clear communication throughout. Highly recommend staying here

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Fantastic four night stay at 7744 Ranch. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. And the resort is gorgeous. You can see the quality and attention to detail wherever you look. We stayed in the Studio and it was perfect - just like the photos and description on the website. From grilling to using the pizza oven, each meal was a delight in the remarkable outdoor spaces. This is one great place.

So cute and such a beautiful setting! We loved hanging by the pool and going to El Gaucho winery down the road for dinner. House is very well decorated and clean.

Sandi is extremely friendly and attentive. This was our 4th year staying here and we plan on coming back for many more years to come. We are always treated like family and love all the many parts of her place. I can’t wait to visit it again.

We stayed here for an ATX bachelorette and loved it! About 20 minutes to downtown and easy to order Ubers to. We had 14 girls and the space was plenty big! Annette was super helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. Would so stay here again! ❤️

We went for a bachelorette trip and the space comfortably fit our entire group. Even if being in a neighborhood, it still felt quiet and secluded. We enjoyed our time at the pool and relaxing at home.

Dani is an incredible host. she´s really accesible, even more than me!!! she answered immediately to all my messages, and I was the one that forgot to check them out. She made our family vacation a dream come true. Her house is huge, beautiful, in a perfect place, near the river, downtown, Congress Ave, restaurants, places to go, I-H 35, but at the same time, in a street where you'll find all the privacy in the world. When Dani understood that I was traveling with two small girls and a baby, she immediately offered everything that would make my stay easier. She lent me carseats, highchairs, toys, etc..... and inside the house, as she explained, my girls found everything they desired to play, swim, read, or just to have a resting time. The kitchen is state of art, huge place, with all you may dream that will need to cook, serve and eat whatever you cook. there´s simply no downer in this airbnb, or in this host...

Paul was and his Wife were awesome! We had been in contact with them since May in order to have our wedding at his property. Paul was very thoughtful and giving throughout the entire process. I would recommend others to have their wedding here, the scenery is gorgeous and the host is amazing!

My husband and I and 3 adult children and their spouses were needing accommodations in Austin for a family wedding. We wanted a place that had plenty of bedrooms as well as give us some space to gather and hang out in free time over the weekend. We couldn’t have been happier with this choice! Everything was just as described and seamless to checkin and out. Any time I had a question, the host was quick to respond and even check back to be sure all was well and resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Our bachelor party loved staying at David's compound with its great pool. It was an awesome neighborhood with really good food places within a couple of blocks. The place is a bit "rustic" and no-frills, but 100% perfect for a guys trip. I'd highly recommend it for that and would stay there again if I ever had a large group again in Austin!

Really cool place to stay. Tons of space. Great spot for a bachelor party. 15 minute drive to most of the places you’ll want to visit while in Austin.

Great home! We loved our stay here. The beds were super comfortable. The place was very spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was awesome, a quick scooter to anywhere in the city. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was beautifully designed and would highly recommend — especially if you have a baby or child. It’s fully stocked with all the things you would need. Only thing to note is that while it’s not in the city center the street does get a decent amount of traffic so just be aware of that. Overall though, I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!
