Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tracy-sur-Mer

Of course there is no kitchen as such and the dishes are washed in the sink but all this is mentioned in the description. So I will gladly come back because it is very quiet.

We LOVED our stay in Sommervieu. The house was simply idyllic, surrounded by flowers and with a nearby (but not too close!) field of friendly cows wandering by. The house itself was very quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything one would need in the kitchen, loads of books and games, and firewood for a roaring fire. We didn’t use the bikes or outdoor seating because the weather didn’t cooperate, but would love to come back and try them someday. Sophie and François were super attentive, offering local suggestions and also pointers for when we moved on to Paris, suggesting a restaurant in Paris where we later had a delicious lunch! Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope to come back!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

The cottage is within walking distance of the sea and center of Arromanche. The cottage was very clean and tidy. We were there to attend Dday. For this, the cottage is also nicely centrally located, between the landing beaches. Florence was very quick to respond to a message. In short, recommended.

Thé Manigale is simply wonderful ans thé way Pascal and Karine made it into a simply stunning home. The gardens, thé cows, thé lovely kitchen which was lovely to work in and then sit in the garden and take it all in. Thé local villages are lovely and the people so friendly. It’s also great for bike rides. Perfect 😍

The place was very clean and easy to get to. Being American I was not used to to not having a dryer. Otherwise my experience France has be phenomenal 😀😀😀😀😀🥰

Amazing location and house. It was so spacious and had every comfort of home. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone. My son even saw a hedgehog walk across the lawn one evening. Magical!!!

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) Communication went smoothly. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. I haven't found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the magnificent terrace :-)

Very nice accommodation, exactly as described, ideal location for visiting Caen and its surroundings, very good communication with Guihaume, Caroline and their son Antoine, a more than perfect welcome, and very good contact during the stay where we shared common interests (sport, leisure etc.) Thanks for the service provided (marathon) We would recommend this accommodation and its Owners without hesitation

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The best place I’ve ever used on Air BnB. Amazing space in the amazingly beautiful town of Bayeux. Breathtaking and a true home away from home. Would completely recommend for anyone!

A real little cocoon, nicely decorated, with a magnificent view (seagulls, boats...)! We really enjoyed the balcony/veranda where we enjoyed having our meals. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. It feels like home. Lots to do nearby without taking the car. We were able to recharge our electric vehicle right in front of the residence, outside, it's very convenient. We had a great time at Delphine and Hervé's, who are very caring hosts.

Great 3-day stay, Delphine knew how to decorate and furnish this beautiful apartment with taste in every detail. Thank you for this nice relaxing time in absolute calm 😊

I was in Caen for a conference so I didn't enjoy the accommodation or the beautiful little garden much, but everything worked perfectly. Guillaume, who I met, is a great host!

nice apartment, everything you need. The garden was great in the great weather. The landlady is super nice, always writing to see if everything is okay. We walked to the sea about 2km if at all, so a great location. The city was very close. We are happy to recommend it. There's nothing to complain about, always happy to come back. We loved staying at the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the centre attractionsand restaurants. Free parking close by. Quiet, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Although not large plenty big enough for a couple. Super shower room. 10 out of 10.

A great weekend in a charming studio, with absolutely magnificent sea views! The place is quiet, relaxing and very well located, perfect for relaxing. We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.
