Kaffee Haus : Studio by the Bay in Donaldston

PeterRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Allan has made a very cozy space, with a lot of personality. Great tunes loaded up in the sound system. As a host, Allan was extremely friendly and responded to our texts quickly. He made us espressos on our first day and we had a good chat about the island. We ran out of time to mail a postcard on our last day before catching the ferry - Allan offered to mail it for us. In addition, Allan has many connections in the area and had outstanding food/coffee recommendations. All-around great stay and would definitely return.

Tranquil Waterfront Cottage Charlottetown Area

AndrewRating, 5 stars10 months ago
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing weeklong stay at Lisa and Rob's waterfront cottage. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and centrally located. It's completely private with a level yard overlooking the river. It's peaceful and quiet - yet only 15 minutes from downtown Charlottetown if you want to go out for some city nightlife. One word of warning - in the twilight hours of August, there are a lot of mosquitoes outside. Fortunately, this place has a screened-in section of its huge deck along with a sunroom which we made regular use of. Lisa and Rob were terrific hosts. We were personally greeted upon arrival and then given complete privacy thereafter. The cottage was extremely clean, well-stocked, and organized, making great use of the available space. A binder with detailed instructions for all appliances in each room was also helpful. There was even a nice welcome basket of goodies! Our hosts were very responsive whenever we needed to communicate with them.
A spacious wooden deck is featured, adorned with two white reclining chairs. Large glass doors lead into the cottage, and a barbecue grill is positioned nearby. The natural surroundings include a lush green backdrop, offering a tranquil and private outdoor space.

Golfers Hideout - PEI vacation home

ErinRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had an amazing stay at Steven’s cottage!!! We come to PEI yearly for a cottage stay and have tried lots of AirBNBs around the Island, this was hands down the best! Everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Oceanfront 2BR

Georgie and Doug are truly kind and welcoming hosts. Their property was everything as pictured and more. This was our first visit to PEI and they had great suggestions on where to visit and make the most of our holiday. So thankful we found them and their corner of paradise.
A fire pit with burning logs sits on a grassy area, surrounded by a circular brick border. Nearby, a wooden bench overlooks the calm river, reflecting hues of orange and purple from the sunset sky. Lush greenery frames the water's edge.

Your Island Getaway (10 minutes to Charlottetown!)

Audrey-MaudeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fantastic 3-night stay with Marc and Scott at their beautiful home in PEI. The property is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by birds of all kinds, it felt like a true escape into nature :) They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even offering us complimentary yoga passes due to the rainy weather (such a thoughtful gesture, even though we didn’t get the chance to use them!). The home was spotless and perfectly organized, down to the neatly folded towels. I especially appreciated the cute elephant towel in the bedroom and the fresh spices they went out of their way to buy for our stay. It’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even more enjoyable for us. Marc and Scott also gave us great restaurant suggestions, and we ended up going to one in downtown PEI (Slaymaker & Nichols, I believe), which was a convenient and lovely spot to enjoy before catching the Anne of Green Gables show at the Holland College Theatre. Highly recommend staying here!
A bright and airy bathroom features a freestanding bathtub positioned between two large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. The walls are painted a warm hue, and a small wooden stool adds to the decor. Black and white tiles create a classic floor pattern.

Suffolk Church House 7min from Beach

AshRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This beautiful church is a must stay!! It’s breathtaking on the inside & out! The home decor is so thoughtfully curated + the redesign of the church is just incredible! This property is a piece of PEI history and it’s just 15 minutes to Charlottetown and 5ish to the beach! You’re in the best location to go to Charlottetown, Stanhope, Brackley or Cavendish/Rustico and enjoy all that PEI has to offer! The beds are so comfortable, the choir room turned tv room is gorgeous & it was perfectly clean with a gorgeous main room! Perfect for hosting family & friends! Will definitely go back!
A wooden platter is arranged with a variety of crackers, cheeses, and cured meats. Two wine glasses filled with white wine are placed nearby, and the scene is set on a rustic wooden table. Lush greenery is visible through the screened porch, creating a peaceful environment.

Cozy 3BDR Cottage Near Charlottetown

KevinRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Fantastic little cottage and well appointed. If I had more people with me we would have enjoyed the outdoor gazebo and fire pit. Easy access although be prepared that it is off of a dirt road so it can get a little bouncy. Had no issues getting in or out of the neighborhood. This area gives you the peace of the countryside but equidistant access to Charlottetown or some amazing beaches and restaurants along the shore. It's also very convenient to other locations on the south eastern side of the island. Supermarket shopping is less than a 10 minute ride with access to everything you need. The cottage is very well appointed for your everyday needs with cooking or anything else. Sitting out on the front screened porch with the view of the pond only a little ways away was very special so if you are looking for some quiet time with a book this is the place for you! Thank you again to Courtney. Super responsive and kindly checked in on me to be sure all was good and it was!! ;-)
