The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 semi-double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, accommodating a total of 6 people, and is fully equipped with 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a kitchen-dining room.There is also a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle, and it is perfect for gatherings with a large dining table and a large TV.On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with tatami mats and sliding doors, each with 2 semi-double beds, accommodating a total of 4 people. There is 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and a living room, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier.The washbasin has a double bowl with a lighted mirror, the entrance has a keypad smart lock, and free parking (two cars in a row) and free Wi-Fi are also available. The house is surrounded by my favorite garden flowers and is full of greenery. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.

From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance.
