This place is amazing! The view is beautiful and the staff are phenomenal and friendly. I’m going back the first chance I get !

Good location which is walking distance to the beach at Puerto Seco which has loungers, a pool, music , and a bouncy water slide and plenty of goodslideand food on site. The fee is J&2000. the free beach next door. There were small shops down the hill to get essentials and a market on the road side to buy fresh fruits. Bonus is the pool and a view of the ocean. The host was very quick to respond when I had a small issue with the internet which was quickly resolved.

Alfred and his surrogates are terrific! Service above and beyond! Julene was there when we arrived and was available as needed during our stay. Mrs. Henry cleaned for us. She was also available to cook and do our laundry. The apartment is as pictured. Spotlessly clean. Remember that only the upstairs bedroom is air conditioned. Downstairs is cooled by the breeze from the ocean and the provided electric fan. Location: Right on the ocean so you can listen to the waves. A three-minute walk to Mahogany Beach through your private access gate. (Ask for "Sun", the attendant.) The grounds are constantly being groomed. Beautiful. It is about a 15 minute walk downtown for shopping at the markets. Good dining options abound, too. Feel free to contact me for details and recommendations. Had the best stay my room was clean and tidy. Had everything you needed just a few minutes walk from the local shops and some restaurants Orick was very responsive and always answered my messages. Will be coming again.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed with Ainsley at White%River Villas and both times has been exceptional. Ainsley is easy to communicate with and very responsive to the guests needs... and Chappy who looks after the premises is cool, helpful, sweet and will do all he can to help and assist the guests. He also cooked my favorite breakfast.. but only because he wanted too.. BIG Love and respect to Ainsley and Chappy.. If you are looking for somewhere nice and comfortable to stay like a UK home from home with all the necessary amenities and comforts then this is a the place to book. close to shops, beaches, adventures and a little way from Ochi and Oracabessa... blessings 🙌🏽 🙌🏽

Claude’s place was perfect for a friend and I. Area is very safe and within 10 minutes walking to local beach. It’s less than 5 minutes to a plaza with grocery store and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone staying in Ochi .

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It’s located in a gated area, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There is also a beach clothes by and a food complex with Starbucks, KFC etc The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with—any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. If I were to message her at 3am she’d probably respond lol. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay!

My partner & I had a beautiful stay. Thank you much Reneish. Location is perfect, house is lovely felt right at home. We fully enjoyed the garden & the pool!! Love. Every morning I’d be outside with my coffee taking in the morning sun. The house is very clean & the facilities are top notch. We cannot wait to return.

Man, where do I start, when you talk about feeling safe, feeling at home, being at peace, feeling comfortable, being able to relax, being able to rest in peace there’s no need and absolutely no reason for you guys to look anywhere else but right here the communication with the host is outstanding very respectful very easy-going willing to accommodate you and very fast with their response, everything about this Airbnb is all you would need and I can’t forget that beautiful view in the backyard looking right at the Ocean view. The Home is very cozy and just overall immaculate you can’t go wrong and you will not regret booking this Airbnb. It’s definitely number one for me so far.

I was a little upset that I didn’t come this place sooner. The view from the living room and upstairs bedroom is breathtaking. This place is fully functional and modern! A little hidden gem. For those of you who’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is it. Easily accessible. Great food choices close by. Serenity/tranquility that’s felt every time you gaze at the spectacular view accompanied by the calming sea breeze. The environment is extremely peaceful and quiet aside from the constant sounds of the waves and sea breeze . But even that added to some of the most relaxing rest we’ve had in awhile. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay which aided in a lasting laid back atmosphere. The beach on the compound is more like a shoreline but, that can be substituted with any of the nearby beaches or you can make do with the pool. Would definitely visit again !!

Columbus Heights never disappoints the views from this location was very beautiful no matter day or night . Bonnie was always just a text away when we needed to ask a question or had a concern . This is a bottom level air bnb located right next to the main walk way to other family’s condos so you must remember everyone stops and has a chat and visit as they pass you while sitting on your deck as Jamaica is full of friendly people. It can get a little loud in the evenings as some of the locals do play music into the evening but with that being said we go to bed early . This air bnb won’t disappoint you it’s fully equipped with more than you need for a long or short stay as we stayed a month . Very comfortable and felt safe at all times . Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to stay at your place hope to return back soon .

Very clean environment that looks exactly as described and in pictures. Antony is an excellent host, he has been very helpful and understanding. He was able to accommodate us on a last minute booking. This is our second time booking and will definitely book again.

My stay with my family at this Airbnb in Santa Maria, Ocho Rios was relaxing, pleasant, and fun all at the same time. The host, Jennifer, was very responsive and accommodating, and the condo was beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly located just a short distance from midtown. We were greeted by Carlos for our check-in, which was flawless, and he, along with Nadine, took great care of us throughout our entire three day stay, providing amazing food and service. Big up to Carlos and Nadine! This place will definitely be our go-to vacation rental the next time, or every time we’re in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. i am delighted to have stayed with angie again. she was extremely accomodating of my last minute booking. communication was prompt instructions clear. i love this apartment. the pics dont do it any justice. the views are epic from every window. even the mirrors have reflect fantastic views. the kitchen is well equipt for preparing meals.and the place is kely immaculately clean. i love the location as it is central for the exploring ocho rios . i would recommend this booking and i will stay again.
