Built in the center of a 4200 m² plot nestled among unusual rock formations and forest, it offers 90 m² of living space. The basement features a 50 m² games room with foosball, American pool, and ping-pong. Cottage L'Escalade has been designed to offer you a change of scenery, tranquility, and fresh air. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other cottages are on the grounds sharing the children's playground.
