Very nice villa, tastefully decorated, and with a large bright living room including a spacious kitchen area overlooking the garden. The house equipment is perfect and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Very quiet environment and possibility to walk to Houlgate and Cabourg. The city center is close and offers quality shops. The Saturday market under the beautiful old hall is exceptional. Agnes is a very friendly person and responds quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this home to gather as a family as we did.

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay with friends in this beautiful house in Trouville. Everything was perfect: the view is absolutely incredible, the decor is neat to the last detail (even the light switches are beautiful!), and the house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. Very well located, with parking spaces and 3km from the center, it is the ideal place for a weekend with friends. We leave with memories in our heads. Thanks again for our great welcome. We had a very restful couple of nights staying here at the end of our holiday. Our kids loved the garden and the food outdoor toys and the inside of the house was nicely decorated with everything we needed. Valère and Vanessa were very helpful- proactive with recommendations and they checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to truly enjoy all there is to offer on-site. The checkin went smoothly and was flexible, and Damien was very communicative throughout our stay. He was able to accommodate our extra requests with two babies. The house is well stocked with linens, toys for the kids, everything you might need in the kitchen, and plenty to explore outside. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks and taking endless trips down the slide outside each morning. Our family made great memories here and we hope to come back again in the future!

the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

Cozy house with garden below well equipped for hosting. Quiet and relaxing environment, yet everything is 2 steps away (beach, market, shops, restaurants, etc.). Perfect for our family reunion! Our hosts were responsive and very accommodating. I thank them and recommend them!

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The cottage is functional, the living room is large which is important in a region where the weather does not always allow you to enjoy the outdoors. It is very well equipped for children: all early childhood equipment, indoor/outdoor games, the secure and covered swimming pool. Good to know: the instruction not to make noise between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., as indicated in the listing, must be respected. Close to the village of Epaignes where there are quality shops and welcoming traders. Lucie is very responsive and attentive.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!
