On the 1st floor of the same building, there is a cafe, "Amami to Oshoku Mitu no Mori", where you can enjoy Japanese sweets and snacks, and on the 2nd floor, there is Ehime's local cuisine, "Tai Meshi Motoya Ropeway Noeriba Shop". There is also the "Tai Meshi Motoyama Honten Bekkan" and the "Chirunomori" tavern, which uses local ingredients, within walking distance. From August 2025, the gacha capsule toy specialty store "Himitsu no Mori" will also open next door to the left! Dogo Onsen is a short train or bike ride away (bike rental available🚲). We have a Masato Hino Gallery where you can enjoy collaborative works of tanka and photos, as well as watercolor paintings and line drawings that metaphorically depict a mysterious animal society. The nearest spot is a 20-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport 10-minute drive from Iyo Interchange 10-minute walk from JR Iyohokuda Station We will pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (Iyo Yokota Station) at a possible time and number of people. Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, the sea, mountains, zoo, and park are all within a 30-minute drive. The fully electric, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible interior is safe for small children. There is a pond and field on the 1000 square meter property, and you can catch medaka (during the summer, they hibernate in the winter). In the spring and fall, you can pick loquats and persimmons in the field. You can pick and eat them freely. Enjoy the feeling of a rural villa. Please look at the moon and stars at night and heal your mind. We provide home-grown rice. You can prepare ingredients and make dinner. Great for groups, solo travelers, families with children, and everyone else. Long stays are also recommended.

A house in the middle of a forest. Enjoy mountain life in one of the few magnificent old houses built by Miyadaiku. At the house at the end of a fairytale forest road, you can BBQ, make a fire, boil a Goemon bath, and enjoy natural play that can only be experienced in the mountains. There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountain with all your senses, which can be seen in different ways depending on the season, reminds you of the rich, peaceful time that has been forgotten in modern times. Centered on a magnificent large pillar, it is an old house with earthen walls and built-in storage, but the first floor is covered with pure cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

The owner, who knows the area well, will provide activities such as playing in the river, canoeing, hunting, and secret river play spots, so you can have a slightly different stay. If you want to enter the hot spring, we recommend "Cloud" which is a 3-minute drive, and we also provide discount coupons for bathing. A natural house close to Shimojana Station and the sea

20 mins walk from Shimonada Station.3 minutes by car. We will pick you up and drop you off free of charge by car. It is a 13-minute walk from Kushigahara Station. It is a house with the sea right in front of you, and the house is behind Shiojiro Shokudo, and a convenience store is 30 seconds on foot. Of course, the entire house is rented out.It can accommodate up to 6 people. Shimonada is beautiful, with mountains as well as the sea. There is a small private beach in front of the house.I think nature lovers will enjoy it. It is also easy to access Aoshima, which is famous for Nekoshima.　 Anyone can enjoy it, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or as a family.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

This house was designed mainly for foreigners.　

The owner lives outside the prefecture and uses it as a vacation home. We cherish the extraordinary space by decorating with paintings and furnishings that give you a taste of Japanese culture. I will welcome you as a valued guest who can come to my private home, so face-to-face check-in and common sense conversation and interaction are required. Wifi is available. A parking lot is also provided. Transportation is not convenient in the mountainous area, so please go out by car if possible.
