There seem to be a lot of people who are on the pilgrimage or who are touring by bicycle, but I came by train. It was very helpful that Toshio picked me up at the station. To be honest, the inn is not in a convenient location for transportation, but Shiosan actively picked up and dropped off guests on foot. There are many restaurants just a short walk away, and there is also a Marunaka that has everything from groceries to clothing, so there is nothing to worry about.I came to Araihama for work, so I couldn't visit the tourist attractions you told me about, so I'm looking forward to another opportunity!

Would you like to enjoy a sky full of stars??

Keisuke is a wonderful host, and the house is very large, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen is large and will come in handy as it's a small town with only a few options to eat out. We used it as our base to cycle for a week in the area, and it's close to some very scenic areas in Kochi. If you like the outdoors, this is the perfect place. We hope to visit again one day.

Hidden Stays kochi room A

I'm really sorry for the late comment. The place was a very stylish single-family house. There were a lot of rooms and it was very spacious. The owner was really kind, drove me to the station, and introduced me to the surrounding shops. When I was drinking at the izakaya, when I talked to the regulars and the owner, everyone knew it well and had a very good reputation. There were two dogs, which were very cute, and the cat was very cute!(By the way, I'm a cat person)

Very friendly and smooth handling. The room was also lovely and we had a great time. The good things about Kochi and the atmosphere of the city are very good, and I would like to come back to Kochi.

What a great host and guesthouse full of personality! Stayed only one night, but wish I could’ve been longer. Very much recommended for anyone having an adventure in Kochi, probably one of the best guesthouses around. Totally recommended! ^^

We enjoyed our time driving around Shikuko. Our Host very kindly let us rent his personal car for our duration of stay, at a very affordable rate. Our host picked us up from the train station and gave us a lift to the train on the day we checked out, which was very kind and helpful. Nankoku and Kochi are very quiet places but a good place to base yourself if you want to drive and explore the island as a whole. Shikuko is not very tourist but we prefer that kind of travel anyway, which is more authentic.
