This place will be an incredible experience for anyone visiting. Is surrounded by many villas. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walking from the famous Arboletes’ Volcano. It also has ping pong, hammocks, futbol court and beautiful and green surroundings. This villa is located 20 minutes walk away from the town but you can get a moto anytime you need to go in 5 minutes. The sound of the waves can be enjoyed from this house. The beach is a few steps away, surrounded by nature, fruit trees, coconut, custard apple, plums, bananas, typical products of the region. In our backyard you can find crabs in their natural environment, local pets that we protect. All this and much more in our house less than half a block from the sea and in the entire tourist center. It is located downtown, in the entire commercial area.
