Rural location, 50 m from the sea/pier. Festive, retro style. Well equipped, bathroom with underfloor heating. 2 beds in the loft (steep stairs), 1 sofa bed on the first floor. Bed linen/towels included 45 min drive from Harstad/airport. Minimarket/gas station nearby. Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Some furniture from past are kept, such as cabinets made by my father. Huge garden and deck. Perfect for walks along the stretching white sandy beach. Suitable for single travellers, couples and families.

Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

You’re just a short drive from beautiful beaches like Bøvær and Ersfjord, and scenic spots such as Tungeneset. If you enjoy hiking, there are great trails within walking distance, including paths up to Husfjellet and through Sommerdalen — perfect for a morning walk or a sunset hike.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
