This 90m2 new boathouse is uniquely located in the Faroe Islands. There is peace and quiet, however, with good shopping and fast food options within walking distance. The boat house is located close to the new sub-tunnel Eysturoyartunnilin, and therefore it is quick and easy to travel around the islands. It is possible to rent the good stable kayaks, safety vests and dry suits for a special experience in the fjord. It is also possible to use the fitness center, which is right next door.

Ny hyggelig lille lejlighed på loftet af et bådhus. Det er lige ved vandet, sandstrand og en lille marina. Pragtfuld udsigt over havet, bygden og de høje fjelde. Hósvík ligger centralt på Færøerne og er den perfekte base for at udforske øerne, eller bare slappe af i fredelige, flotte omgivelser. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Torshavn, in beautiful nature and with beautiful views of the sea, where a path leads from the house, to the beach. 5 min. walk to bus which has 10 min. drive to the city center. The apartment is approx. 50 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, entrance hall, bathroom and a combined kitchen / living room with double sofa bed and normal fitted kitchen where there is cooking possibility. Free WiFi and TV. Good free parking space.

Træk stikket og find ægte ro tæt på naturen. Lej et helt hus med panoramaudsigt til havet. Lige udenfor vinduet passerer fugle, sæler, hvaler og andre vilde dyr forbi, helt tæt på. Kun 25 minutters sejlads fra Tórshavn, og med op til syv daglige færgeafgange, er det nemt at komme hertil og endnu sværere at tage herfra. Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

Newly renovated old house. Cozy and with a great view of the ocean and mountain. The house sleeps 5 and has in addition several childrens beds. There is a playroom for children withtoysmganes and so on. The local area is relaxing with great nature for hikeing, fishing, walks in the village etc. There is a public sportshall and a large outdoor playground close by.
