Fantastically located house 90 meters from the water's edge! Private accommodation! Magical views and lots of inside coziness. All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom with walk in shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, as well as cozy farm. There is a barbecue grill.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

The rent includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Any consumption beyond that will be charged separately at 3.00 DKK per kWh and settled upon departur

There is own parking and only 25 min drive to Odense, Odense Zoo and 3 km to the nearest shopping. There are several places in Otterup city where you can charge your electric car.
