Can Pa cosy townhouse with pool Pollensa Mallorca

In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. You will find here: pushchair, cot, high chair, plastic crockery, gate for stair, beach games. Plus you will be covered by all my tips and love for this island! :) I hope to meet you soon!

Stunning Pollenca townhouse

Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.

Ideally located next to the ancient Roman villa of Pollença, fifteen minutes from the center and five of several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Great for couples who don't want to drive on vacation. Bus stop 100 meters away, popular and quality restaurants 2 and/or five minutes walk. A 15-minute walk from the town center 5 km from beautiful beaches. It has an exquisite garden with lawn and fruit trees and a beautiful 10 x 3 meter pool

This is a slightly quirky historic building right in the center of Pollença, close to the main plaza and a bunch of great cafes. It’s a bit rustic, and the layout is decidedly odd (but perfectly functional), so if that’s your kind of thing you’ll be right at home. The only downside is that in the front two bedrooms you can hear some noise from people talking outside in the street. But that kind of goes along with a historic house in the middle of things. The host is very nice and lives nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay in Can Petrel. Mariano was a great initial point of contact with great tips for the local town of Pollensa and further afield. The villa itself was fabulous, just as described, simple but comfortable with everything we needed (with great beach toys and children’s games in the garage!). The setting is wonderful, nestled beneath the mountains with great vistas over open countryside, we loved hearing the goat bells in the evening! And the garden (and lemon trees for the G&Ts) was much appreciated. The terrace was great for breakfast before the heat of the day kicked in and having A/C for overnight provided some relief from the heat! It was a great base to explore the local area with both Pollensa (on foot) and Port of Pollensa (with the car) accessible. Also worth noting that it was perfect for little ones, felt very safe. The only thing it was missing was a comfortable sofa as the futon was a little unsupportive but the chairs were an ok alternative.

Had a wonderful week at Josefa's place. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. They provided a cot, baby bath and highchair which was so helpful for our 9 month old baby. The views are stunning, we really miss waking up to the mountains every day! The location is great, so close to supermarkets, restaurants, the port and gorgeous beaches. The place itself is beautiful and so spacious and the pool is fab! Highly recommend!
