Great location not far from Palma but quiet and restful. Our kids loved saying helllo to the horses in the morning and swimming in the pool. The property is well maintained and only a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here!

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Wat een ongelooflijke plek is dit! Als je een prachtig en rustig plekje zoekt met een wonderschoon uitzicht, zoek dan niet verder! De host Mendi verwelkomt je hartelijk bij aankomst en geeft je een tour van het huis, maar laat je verder in ruste vakantie vieren (al is hij altijd bereikbaar als je vragen heb). Verder heb ik nog nooit zo'n uitgebreide keuken gehad in een Airbnb (daar word ik als hobbykok erg gelukkig van), en mocht je toch iets missen, dan was Mendi altijd bereid om je wat te lenen. Het terras bij het zwembad is ook prachtig, en vanaf einde ochtend heeft het de hele dag zon. Perfect voor mensen die een dagje naar het strand willen, maar verder bij willen bruinen in een oase van rust. De ezels maken je uitzicht compleet! Ook vonden wij het erg leuk dat je aan elke kant van het huis openslaande deuren had, met ieder een eigen terras met apart doel (zwembad, BBQ, keuken, terras). Daardoor stond alles heel fijn in contact met elkaar, zelfs als je andere activiteiten deed.

Ik heb met 6 vriendinnen genoten van het huis van Jaime! Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; heel ruim, drie badkamers, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en een geweldige tuin met zwembad! De bouwwerkzaamheden tegenover het huis waren vooraf door Jaime gecommuniceerd. De school ernaast was dagelijks bezig met voorbereidingen voor een (zang)show, dit ging bijna de hele dag door. Maar heel vaak waren we toch niet thuis. Het wijkje Santa Catalina vonden we leuk voor gezellige terrasjes en nog wat verder richting het centrum, in de wijk Jaime III nog veel meer leuke restaurantjes. Tip voor het parkeren; neem niet een te grote huurauto het is wat krap allemaal met (achteruit) inparkeren 😉

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und der Grillplatz – perfekt für entspannte Tage und gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen sofort persönlich geholfen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat die Reise die Unterkunft und alles drumherum super gefallen. Wir waren zu viert und Tanja hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, um irgendwo essen zu gehen oder Freizeitaktivitäten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Wir wollten außerhalb vom Trubel sein und mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden. Dazu uns ausruhen und daheim kochen und die Zeit am Pool verbringen. Hat alles toll geklappt! Natürlich ist es im Mai noch nicht so heiß, das wussten wir aber. Der beheizte Pool machte es dennoch möglich. Toll!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Vielen Dank an Petro! Die Unterkunft war noch viel schöner als wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und Pedro war stets zu erreichen. Danke für die nette Zeit bei dir!

Simply beautiful, This house was everything we wanted for our visit to Mallorca! The house, pool and garden had everything to relax at any time of day. 10/10, would stay again. The area is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. I would advise that you have a car if staying here if you want to travel to any of the beaches.

Sure—here’s a smoother version with a natural flow: One of our favorite stays anywhere. This place was perfect for our family to unplug and soak in the beauty of Deia. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and warm—quick to answer any questions we had. The walk down to the sea was stunning—rocky terrain but manageable and well worth it. Great access to hiking, with beautiful animals nearby and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive into Deia, and not far from Soller and Port de Soller either. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour maison agréable, piscine agréable ,et bien située proche de la mer et du centre ville .

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man stundenlang verweilen – alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Ankunft: Wasser, Brot, Obst, Käse und Eier – eine sehr herzliche Geste! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder lommen.

prima verblijf gehad en de locatie zo aan het strand is waanzinnig. De westkust is wat meer "pitoresk", dus neem een huurauto maar het is een leuk stadje en het uitzicht maakt alles goed.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en Sa Carrotja. Buscábamos privacidad y tranquilidad, y lo encontramos todo aquí. La piscina privada y la calma del entorno fueron lo mejor. La ubicación es genial porque está muy cerca de playas preciosas. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Magnifique maison, encore meilleure que sur les photos. Un petit coin de paradis. Super communication, les hôtes prenaient souvent de nos nouvelles. Vraiment rien à dire, on reviendra avec plaisir. Merci pour tout.

We loved our stay here! We chose to stay in Ses Salines over some of the more resort like towns near by, and were so happy we did. It’s A calm town where you can take in the authentic beauty of Mallorca, with a good selection of awesome restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also, a great bakery around the corner we frequented for morning coffee and pastries! The house is a quick 15 min drive to what ended up being our favourite beaches (Cala llombards, Cala s’alumia, Calo des Moro). And 30 mins from the popular Cala d’or. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, tons of natural light. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely living room area, and the cutest courtyard. We loved enjoying snacks and drinks outside after a long sunny day at the beach. Would highly recommend the stay to anyone visiting the area looking for a home base to explore.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Es gibt vier Fahrräder, die in der Gegend super nützlich sind. Wir sind damit z. B. zum Es Trenc Strand gefahren. Zum Strand im Ort dauert es mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten. Von der Unterkunft zur Promenade sind es zu Fuß gerade mal 4-5 Minuten. Hier finden sich Restaurants, zwei Supermärkte und ein Bäcker. Die Gegend ist eher eine Häusersiedlung, es gibt keine großen Hotelanlagen. Wir konnten früher in die Unterkunft, Francesca war sehr flexibel und hat uns am Haus begrüßt. Sie hatte einige Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, aber das gilt grundsätzlich für Mallorca. Nach Palma braucht man ca. 30 Minuten, auch die kleineren Buchten an der Süd- und Ostküste erreicht man nach ca. 40 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet (auch, um mal zu Hause zu kochen) und gepflegt.

Das Haus ist wirklich klasse und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eines der vielen Highlights. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch und verbindet die Mallorca-Vibes mit modernem Design. Die ganze Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Einweisung verlief super und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die Vermietung der Unterkunft :)
