Beautiful studio in an oasis of tranquility but very close to downtown, seven minutes by car. Here you can study, work, or just relax, whatever you want. It is a fully equipped independent studio located on the first floor of a single-family house. It has no elevator. The bed is 150x200cm. It has a sofa with chaise longue and smart TV. It has a small kitchen with everything you need for everyday life, a large bathroom and a dressing room.

For those looking for peace and quiet , this is the place to get to, although it is about5.5 km from the city and a car or bus is required to get to the property , for those who need to get to the city several times a day will not be comfortable but for those looking for peace and relaxation in a rural area adjacent to the river notes along which you can do sports ( walking, running, biking) the place is recommended, This is a friendly host, welcoming to the guest and trying to help a possible road owner. I stayed at the property for 10 days from which I went to competitions in the mocking area of Murcia enjoyed the quietness of the friendship with the owner of the property Angel and of course with his nice and friendly dog. If I come to the area one more time I will take the same property again. Thank you Yal hosting .

Jose’s place is just magical , he spend lots of time and take great pride of the gorgeous gardens, the back yard is full of different destinations, the house interior is so unique , warm, with an rustic and very Spanish style that welcomes everyone and naturally makes you feel at home . The pool is awesome but the best part is the dog ! She’s a sweet and very affectionate member of the family! What a great value !

It was an express stay just for the night, but it was a 10. Marina was attentive to my arrival and made me feel right at home. I had privacy and rest, which is just what I was looking for.

Santi is a wonderful woman. I felt like I was at home and she was always super friendly and helpful. Room as described and clean environment. He has cats with him, but they are not annoying or intrusive. Good location, but not very central.
