Appartamento a 20 minuti da Alicante, fronte mare. Bella la terrazza, comodi i letti, fornitissima la cucina. Host gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere. Assolutamente consigliato.

Encantados de alojarnos en la casa de Daniel. Nuestro hijo le gustó mucho hasta que quiere ser arquitecto y montar uno parecido 😂😂. Julia la Madre de Daniel estuvo con nosotros a cualquier hora que la necesitamos y es encantadora.. Sé duerme muy tranquilo, parece que no haya vecinos 😊Está cerca de todos. Recomendaría 💯💪 Hablaré bien la casa con mis amig@s. Merece la pena el viaje de 8h desdé Madrid,el jueves día 1 de Mayo con el atasco.. Y llegar a su casa con mucha PAZ. We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The appartement was spacious and clean with everything you might need for your vacation: fully-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioner and even washing machine. A main advantage is a comfortable terrace with a stunning sea view. It’s just 10- minute walk from a supermarket and about 20 minutes from the beach. Alex is friendly, helpful, and very approachable, he was always in touch giving local recommendations and solving issues. Alex picked me up from the bus station and then drove me back which was so nice of him. Highly recommend this place for great holidays.

Pobyt u gospodarza oceniamy na świetny. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki zapewnione. Piękna okolica, 1 minuta drogi na pieszo do morza. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Z całego serca polecam!!!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen Extras ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Andrey, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind als geplant, hat der Check-in problemlos geklappt. Alles lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich ab. Umgebung voller Restaurants und vielen Stränden, sogar ein 24/7 Shop.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy—perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels for the beach, sunbeds and sun umbrellas etc). There is a stunning terrace: large, sun-drenched, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It was the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a drink in the evening. The view over the communal pool added to the holiday-like feel of the place. The pool is great, clean and kids enjoyed it fully! The beach is just a 150-meter walk away, it is cleaned daily— perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The host provides a little trolley to carry your stuff. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream... but also usual grocery shops. I would return in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Fantastic apartment with everything you’ll need. We were surprised how quiet it was and it was very welcomed as we just wanted to get away from it all. There are plenty of bars and restaurants if you want them. They coastal walk to La Zenia is lovely. Mil Palmeras is also worth a visit. All in all a great holiday ☺️
