The family stayed in this apartment — I really liked everything! Great location: beach, shops, cafes — all within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the host — very responsive and friendly. There were only pleasant impressions. The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.

Thanks for a great holiday! We were very nicely received by Mila and all communication worked out great. The small apartment is equipped with everything to feel comfortable and has a great location with beach, restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Thanks again :)

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

Easy access and good location

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

Apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures - great balcony overlooking the sea (sunrise on balcony side). There are some restaurants and supermarkets (including Aldi, Roßmann, etc.) within walking distance. It is about 5 km to the city center. Check-in was super easy and Adam responded very quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied!

If you want an apartment that is peaceful, relaxing yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront and beach then you won't find a better option than this. Nestled within a complex of other apartments it has access to one of the best swimming pools we have experienced. Being on the first floor you can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and watching the sun go down. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves but even when other people were swimming it was still very quiet and peaceful. Just 5 minutes walk is a superb supermarket if you want to self cater like us. Alternatively there is a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. The seafront is just a 10 minute walk along very pleasant well kept streets. This apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having our own business back in the UK we needed to keep in touch and the WI FI was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

After arrival, a number of things turned out not to have gone well in the apartment. After I informed David about this and made him a proposal on how to resolve it, he agreed. That was very nice and I had a very good stay because of this. In addition, David responds quickly to messages, which makes for pleasant communication. The apartment is nice. Panoramic view on the 12th, nice bathroom, delicious shower and a nice bed. Tip: The walls are thin and it can be noisy. This can be solved with earplugs.

Awesome apartment and great host :)

Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient access, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If anyone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.
