Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. This was an exceptional stay! It was perfectly suited for traveling and staying with our two dogs. The house was SO SPARKLING CLEAN. And cute! The neighborhood was charming and quiet. We enjoyed walking with our dogs. It is also conveniently located. We were just a few minutes away from everything we needed to get to. Also, I was so impressed with all the thoughtful little touches that were provided. A dog bed(so clean!), bowls, extra leashes and harnesses, even a few toys. Really nice! Our hosts were so responsive and nice. It was just the perfect stay. We would go back and I highly recommend it. Especially if you are traveling with your dogs! ❤️

Hosted our cycling team for USAC Nationals, and the location was ideal. Close to groceries and 15 minutes from downtown events. Beds were comfy, and kitchen was well stocked. Linens and toiletries were limited but a washer and dryer are available. It was the perfect spot for us. We’ll stay again next season when we return. We also met Dustin at check out, and he was as hospitable as he was online. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
