The apartment is smoke-free and smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited! No pets allowed. Surveillance cameras are located around the building and in shared areas.

During the warm seasons the balcony is really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Awesome view to the Pärnu river, walking and sporting tracks close by. Really close to the city-center and Pärnu beach.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
