The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou in a quiet and green atmosphere, you will enjoy the view of nature and sunsets on the terrace. Spacious room with independent entrance, bathroom, toilet and kitchenette with the essentials to make your meals. We are a 10-minute drive to Clisson (a small picturesque town with Italian architecture that hosts the Hellfest Festival every year), 30 minutes to Puy du Fou Park, 50 minutes to Nantes and 1 hour 10 minutes to Les Sables d'Olonne. There are many hikes to do in the area as we are very close to the banks of Sèvre!
