There is an attached 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house which can be rented either separately or together with the studio. All the accommodations are new, and the décor is modern and tropical. There is parking available and a shady back garden to relax in the outdoors. You are just a stroll from several bars, restaurants, groceries and a busy bus route.

The bath is fitted with a solar system. The neighborhood is quiet, and you can relax on the patio and enjoy the scenery.
