Spend summer evenings on the expansive veranda, taking in panoramic vistas and breathtaking sunsets and when the cooler weather arrives, unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the rustic appeal of a roaring open fire. If you are keen for adventure, take an exhilarating wilderness walk or kayaking adventure on the Tooloom river. Pack a picnic hamper, fishing rods and sunglasses and head for the river, where you can cast a lure and wait for a bass to strike.
