The house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, a new bathroom and two bedrooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. The house has a heat pump, wood stove, dishwasher, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a trampoline in the garden. The house is clean and tidy. Electricity and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. You can do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as received or purchase it for DKK 750.

There is plenty of room for 8 people in the house. Sunny terrace with a covered area. 3 double bedrooms plus a bedroom with 2 beds on Mezzanine . All with new comfortable beds, sauna, wood-burning stove, air conditioning. A few minutes walk to both the Beach and Lakolk Shopping Center.
