Monthly Rentals in Ton Sai

We had a fantastic 5-week stay at the flat. The pool and gym were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was always quick to respond and ready to assist with any questions. The location is perfect—just the right distance from central Bangkok, with easy access to the BTS. There are great restaurants and malls just a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

I could write a review that would say the following: the room was beautifully decorated and clean. The location is right outside the city, but with the BTS within a 2 minute walking distance, it’s perfect for the quiet. I could say everything was a described and Alex made everything super easy. Or, that it suffered no damage during the earthquake, unlike the luxury condo in the city that I just signed a lease for. But, that’s not what’s the most important about this room. What is, is Alex. March 28, 2025 was probably the scariest day in many of our lives. The Earthquake. Within minutes, I mean minutes of the earthquake, Alex was messaging me to make sure I was ok and got out of the building. I wasn’t in the building at the time. But, I can’t even express what this means to me. I was in Okinawa 2 years ago when we were ordered to evacuate because of a missile launch by North Korea. The landlord never reach out and insulted me when I cancelled. Thank you Alex for looking out for me.

We had a very good time staying here. It was extremely quiet, had lots of food within walking distance and access to the BTS just a few feet outside of the place. Room was exactly what we wanted at a great price. A short walk to the second largest mall in Bangkok.
