Monthly Rentals in Toms River

Got the place for a family mini vacation away from Philadelphia. Though the weather wasn't 'beach' perfect, we still had a good time to have fun with the kids, food and amusement places are so close. The place is very homey and very clean, I will recommend this place for it's accessibility within the town. The boardwalk is just 5 minutes walk and the beach is very clean. Kudos to the hosts for providing beach passes, beach gear, and a parking space (we don'tneed the car during our stay). They are easy to communicate and the instructions are spot on. Everything is very convenient. Thank you for the very nice spot.

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

It was a very clean and quiet place. The host was very friendly and responsive. I recommend this place.

Had an amazing stay, arrived past midnight self check-in was smooth and bethanie is very accommodating. I was arriving very late so i requested a late check out and she was very understanding of my situation. One of the friendliest host i have stayed with.
