I explained that I had to have laser surgery near his apartment and then I needed to check in earlier, since for obvious reasons I wouldn't be able to see properly. He never mentioned any inconvenience, on the contrary, he was always very kind. A very good experience, everything super tidy, the room clean, the necessary for eating and drinking coffee, the bathroom, what can I say, spectacular.
