엘 한옥스테이는 2022년에 5월에 1975년 고택을 매입하여 1년 동안의 리모델링 공사기간을 거쳐 2023년 4월에 오픈한 한옥 독채 게스트하우스로 신축하였습니다. 한옥의 멋을 더하면서 현대적인 편리함을 더 할려고 노력하였으며, 유럽풍을 가미하며서 다채로움을 주려고 하였습니다. 황리단길 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대릉원(천마총), 첨성대, 동궁과 월지등 경주 관광명소를 도로에 다닐 수 있는 위치와 바로 옆에 황리단길 음식점 (청온채 옆)과 카페(올리브)등 주변에 있습니다. 한옥내 자쿠지 사용은 유료로 이용가능합니다. 유료이용시 한국돈으로 30,000원입니다.

2019년식 신축 전통 한옥주택의 넓고 깨끗하며 구들방이 있는 집입니다. 첨성대, 경주읍성, 동궁과월지, 월정교, 황리단길 등 경주시내의 주요 관광지까지 차량으로 약 15분 거리라 관광하기에 편리하고, 차량 10분 거리에 대형 마트가 있어 쇼핑도 쉽습니다. 주변에 서악서원, 무열왕릉을 비롯한 서악 고분군이 있고 도보로 15분 정도의 거리로 가볍게 산책하기에 좋습니다. 4월~10월 사이에 매주 토요일 서악서원에서 열리는 고택연주회도 재미있는 이벤트에요.
