Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

Set in the beautiful South Coast region this high quality, Private facility under and at the rear of a Newly built private residence amongst peaceful bush surrounds. Through an adjacent reserve is a pleasant 5 min walk to either Lilli Pilli Beach or Three66 Espresso Bar Café & Boat ramp. This separate facility has private access and parking. Spacious areas featuring a Main Bedroom with a Sofa Lounge in the main living area for those extra guests or children. Breakfast supplied for all guests.

Guest accommodation with a bathroom with full sized bath, vanity and separate shower, separate toilet, kitchenette/ laundry, living/ dining room. Two bedrooms, one good sized bed room with queen sized bed, smaller one with double bed. Single fold out bed. Owner lives upstairs. Separate entry. Breakfast essentials, tea,coffee, bread, butter, cereal and milk are provided. Level walk to three beaches (600m) and the Tomaga River(400m). Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Mrs Grace’s Moruya

Get away from it all when you visit Mrs Grace’s rustic bush retreat at Moruya. LGBTQI friendly 🌈 Enjoy big starry skies and a myriad of bird life. Wander down to the Moruya River past kangaroos, and wombat holes. Lounge under the wisteria with a picnic between swims, or in winter cozy up by the fire with a book or jigsaw. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Steps from the beautiful North Broulee beach the space is private from the rest of the house with it’s own entry. The room is light and airy with a very comfortable Queen size bed and quality linen. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.
