This residence promises a break you won't soon forget. The holiday home, last renovated in 2022, spans 90 m² with three comfortable double rooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. Each room is accessible via a cozy common area that invites you to linger. The bedrooms offer various special features, such as a box spring bed, a wellness waterbed, and antique furniture, to name a few, and are all equipped with satellite TV. The common area entices with a couch and a seating group, ideal for spending time together. The outdoor area of the house leaves nothing to be desired: A spacious, fully fenced property with fruit trees and herbs offers plenty of seating and lounging options. A built-in barbecue is available for sociable evenings, while a child-friendly playground with a swing and slide rounds off the amenities. Animal lovers will appreciate the petting zoo, which includes tame ponies. The surrounding nature invites for extended walks, and for those interested in culture, the cities of Pécs and Kaposvár are great for day trips.

Berky Kuria, old, sophisticated mansion is situated in the Hills of Tolna, in the village of Nagykónyi. We reconstructed it to create a perfect place to spend valuable time with our families and friends. We provide accommodation for up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms and offer entertainment in spacious common areas. In summertime in the garden you can relax in a 5*10 meter long swimming pool or explore the scenic neighborhood. In high season minimum 3 nights stay, in off season weekends: 2 nights.
