This is a beautiful, newly opened loft-style apartment, located in the center of the town of Arenas de San Pedro, at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos. Only 1.5 hours by car from Madrid. Its high 4-meter ceilings give a pleasant feeling of spaciousness and openness. It is decorated in a modern and minimalist style, with all the necessary furniture and appliances for total comfort. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world.
