This lovely loft is completely newly renovated, very comfortable, and sunny, located on the ground floor. Located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting after days of sightseeing in Toledo. Very close to the beautiful AVE train station. It takes 5 minutes to get to downtown by bus; it is best not to drive into the historic center. Ideal for a couple or, at most, with one child. Equipped with a 55" TV, heating, and air conditioning, and with access to the rooftop solarium, where there are 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!
