We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! You can truly tell that so much thought and care went into every aspect of the home. The attention to detail is evident throughout, and it made the whole experience feel so special. I loved reading the guidebook, which included fascinating history about the area, the owner and Roxie Point, it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel even more connected to the place. Jill was absolutely amazing, and her hospitality was beyond anything we could have expected. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay! The home itself was incredibly clean, relaxing, and the views from every room were breathtaking. Listening to the sound of the waves at night became one of my favorite parts, it was so soothing and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such a beautiful oasis and for making our stay so memorable.

Deavon’s place was a joy to stay at. Anything you needed was already there or close by. It had peaceful scenery and a beautiful backyard patio. Me and my family would definitely stay at Deavon’s place again!

Been staying in rental on Toledo Bend for the past 20 years. Mr. Dolphe's set up was was one of the best thus far. Great location in the mid-lake area, just a few minutes for Toledo Town and several boat launches. Clean, quiet, and secure spot for those towing along their boat for their fishing getaway!

Back screened in porch was wonderful for game night or just rocking in the chairs! Will definitely keep this as a little get away space in the future. Great little place. We just wanted a place to spend the night after riding trails at Kisatchie. The apartment was immaculate. Brenda communicated well. We got there later than expected and she was wonderfully accommodating. Served our needs well. Highly recommend.
