A detached villa located in a residential area a 10-minute walk from Aobori Station on the JR Uchibo Line.Enjoy a hugge time, including a barbecue, a pool in the summer, and a wood stove in the winter.(Firewood stoves are only available in winter.Please let us know for more information.) We have newly installed a natural grass dog run in part of the garden.There is a foot-washing area in front of the entrance. There are beaches, mother ranch, cape Futtsu, golf courses, strawberry picking, and more within a 30-minute drive. In addition to the private parking lot (for one car), about 4 cars can be parked in the shared area.There is a convenient store and bowling alley within walking distance. If you want early check-in (from 10am), please contact us before booking. You can use it for an additional 10,000 yen, not limited to the number of guests on the previous day. We rent an electric BBQ grill (Weber) by reservation in advance.(Rental fee: 5,000 yen/time) * There will be no food preparation, so please bring it.
