Very nice apartment and also in a peaceful and private environment. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. There's a little noise at night coming from the music of a local bar but I loved my stay there.

The accommodation is impeccable, clean, spacious and ideally located. The accommodation is located at the entrance to Lomé in the street opposite the JNP station in Baguida, not far from the autonomous port of Lomé. Access is very easy We liked our stay at Augustin's, everything went well with the assistance of Claudia, the manager of the accommodation. We highly recommend Augustin's place. Very good hospitality at Sylvain and Stéphanie's. On site, the person who welcomed us was very available and friendly. Inside, the space was clean and well kept. Gio is the best host one can have! From day one we enjoyed staying and this modern and comfortable house, equipped with fast and reliable wifi, Netflix TV, well equipped kitchen and hot showers. Gio listened carefully to all our needs, even the unforeseen ones. He was very kind and fast to react. I totally recommend Gio if you are looking for a modern house and a very nice and reliable host.

Alphonse was awesome! Very attentive to our needs and always ready to help. He went out of his ways twice to pick sacks of ice for us 15 minutes away. We loved the stay, and will highly recommend this place.

For the usual circumstances, the villa is an absolute recommendation! All rooms have what you need. Climate, a neat toilet, sink, shower and lockable cabinets. Here and there a small shelf or a doormat is missing but that is to be taken care of. The local contact as well as the security are very friendly and helpful. They were always responsive and available for any topics. Due to the distance of the villa to the main center of Lomé, the Wi-Fi is weak/bad. There was also no workspace. Surprisingly, a cleaning fee of 30 000 CFA was, but the great cleanliness was worth its money. Therefore, this should be included in the profile description such as the pool use - the pool is an absolute highlight and provided fun, cooling and relaxation! We were very pleased! Thank you

Apartment looks same as pictures, very cozy and the host was very responsive. It is 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the city center. Host referred an amazing taxi man who served as a wonderful tour guide and made everything very smooth

We spent a wonderful two days at Le Refuge. It truly is a hidden gem, far from any manmade noise, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The charming on-site team made the stay very warm & welcome. Guillaume was very responsive and helpful, even though I only booked very last minute. We were recommended a local guide and chauffeur who toured us around Kpalime and Mount Agou in relation to our stay at Le Refuge. The only heads-up would be that the 20 minutes of roads were a tricky drive so Le Refuge met us with a motorcycle & guided us the last bit but make sure to have a good driver! I would recommend this and hope to visit again.

I never write reviews, but this stay was brilliant and there was nothing to complain about. At the time of my visit there was only one review, which is surprising considering the great standards of this stay - The apartment looks even better in person. It is modern, spacious, well kept and has all the main features needed and more (hot/cold shower; washing machine and dryer; WiFi, TV; fan and air-con for every room) - The place quickly feels homely and the host’s family are all very friendly and welcoming too - The host was helpful and easy to contact, even when needed urgently without notice. - good location: about 30 minutes drive from the centre of the capital city Lomé, but also in an area that’s not too busy or loud. - goods can be found in nearby open markets or local supermarkets not too far away (including La Samaritaine or Le Champion) The only difficulty was finding the place the very first time, but this can be easily avoided by ensuring you have a good SIM once arrived to get in touch with the host. Alternatively, the host kindly offers to arrange for transport for you! Overall, even if you have never been to Africa or Togo before, you will feel at home in this apartment. This is why I would recommend it to anyone going to Togo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gina’s place! The family is very friendly and we loved the dog Pepsi! The house is very central and secured! Marthe and Carine (the housekeepers) we’re always available and helped us out with all questions ! Gina is also very responsive and was always able to help! The place was very spacious and clean! I can highly recommend it for a group or a family! Thank you Gina and family for hosting us!

Nice apartment, good wifi, easy check-in. Convenient and comfortable for our stay in Lome. The location is close to the airport, not downtown as indicated on the listing map. Still a good area and convenient to get around Lome.
