The house is charming and the setting very pleasant. The staff was lovely, and the small pool below was an ideal alternative for the children, due to the pebbles on the beach.

Five stars for this place! The location was excellent, the staff was very nice, and the room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, but a local Sim card with data is inexpensive. If I am lucky enough enough to go back to the island, I will definitely stay there again!

August 2023 stay. We are very satisfied with our rental. The place is very pretty and peaceful. A real haven of peace. The hosts are super nice and attentive to our request. The place is close to the beach, very nice to hear the sounds of the waves morning and evening. We've never been so close to the sea. Really we had a pleasant stay. We want to emphasize that the place is very clean, inside and out. A very nice garden, different trees and plants. We're a change of scenery! We recommend this place. Go there with your eyes closed. Friendly and welcoming guests, A lovely hotel on a human scale with a magnificent view of the ocean and the marina with all the charm and comfort available. Air conditioning is a big plus and hot water shower is a real plus after long days of excursions. I will return without hesitation!!! We loved our stay here! Highly recommend. The staff were fantastic, food was great, bungalows were clean and decorated beautifully. The property is situated on a beautiful little patch of beach with local houses either side, was so nice waking up to the sound of the waves and the local kids playing in the sea. This place ticks all the boxes! Thank you to the all of staff for making our stay great!

Fred was very helpful to accommodate me earlier than foreseen as my travel schedule changed. My highlight was the evening a band played in his restaurant :) I had great and relaxed holidays

We had a great time at the hotel, Henri and his wife are lovely and welcoming. We loved the services offered, massage, restaurant etc… the staff was very attentive! The room was spacious and the breakfast very hearty! Everything was equipped for our 6-month-old baby, crib, bottle cleaner, etc. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks to them we had a great vacation!

Highly recommend!! We had a wonderful time staying with Arnaud and Nouba. Great, idyllic surroundings, extremely delicious food and very likeable staff. Arnaud has helped us a lot with the opportunities for activities and implementation. Would come back anytime! Ideal for anyone who longs for peace and idyll. A "small" distance has to be traveled to the city.

Wonderful place, great hospitality, people available and friendly!! A must-see

We were there in the rainy season and it was absolutely quiet. We had sunny days and on the beach we only met the fishermen. The cabin is very romantic and stylish and decorated in person. The kitchen is basic, cooking right above the gas bottle but we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the sea water was not as clear as we expected but you could hike very well along the beach, sometimes the tree line reaches close to the waterline, so we were able to take wonderful pictures, especially with the sunset. We enjoyed the time very much and can really recommend the place.

We were looking for tranquility and calm in a traditional bungalow: this is what we found at Arnaud and Nouba's place. On top of that, we met welcoming and generous hosts. The kitchen, too, is generous and delicious (try the coconut sauce absolutely!). Arnaud helped us a lot in organizing our days on site and the rest of our trip. You can't miss on Sainte Marie!

We had a great family holiday here! Safe for the children. Hired a scooter and toured the island. Hired a boat ride and went snorkelling at a nearby sand island. And we bought fresh catch of the day at the fence by the seaside which was cooked to perfection by the lady who looked after the house. Outstanding value and I would do it all again!

The owner is great, helps with everything, sincerely worries that guests' rest goes as best as possible. I asked about tours, interesting places - everything was organized, transfer, company. Delicious food and coffee, for a very moderate price. Of course, the view and the area for relaxation is perfect, but it will not come out to swim, shallow and corals, but a kayak or paddle board is provided free of charge, there is a very calm ocean like in a lake, without difficulty you can sail and swim a little. The house itself is simple, you should not expect something incredible, but the bed is comfortable, there is water, there is a toilet in such trips, this is more than enough, because only for this and the bungalow is used) For me, the disadvantage was the smoke from the kitchen, because they cook on wood and in the morning and in the evening it greatly spoils the air around and there is no place to hide. But it's practically all over Madagascar like this.
