We designed this space to be comfortable for long stays. It is bright and quiet, featuring a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, and we have a solar water heater, so there is always hot water. There is also a work table and an ergonomic chair for remote work. If you are visiting the Finsa and VW area, you can walk there in 10 minutes or drive in 5. The neighborhood offers local businesses, laundromats, small eateries, and mini supermarkets.

We are in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the "Gran Patio" shopping center and the "Tlaxcala Zoo". We also have access to our property's gym from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 9 pm with an instructor and a cafeteria where you can visit for food consumption.
